Others will keep what they have and run Ezra as the layer that finally makes the money make sense. Say what runs today and, when the turn comes, the answer is plain about which one applies.
It was built for one person as much as for a full office. A solo operator carries the same clients and the same month-end as a floor of thirty, with nobody to hand the binder to. The Solo tier exists so one person gets the certainty a ten-person back office would give them, at a price one person can carry.
Seats are bundled into the price. Ezra: 2, 7, or 15 depending on tier, then $25 per extra seat on Team Pro. Pegasus: 2, 5, or unlimited, with $15 per extra seat on Portfolio. Nobody is charged for adding a rep or a bookkeeper.
No contract. Monthly plans cancel any time. Annual plans are billed once and end at renewal. Data exports in full before departure, no exit fee.
It replaces the shoebox. Where there is an accountant, they get clean books instead of a bag of receipts in April, and the Portfolio tier hands them a QuickBooks export so nobody retypes a thing. Where there is not one yet, Pegasus carries the load until there is, and it keeps learning to do more of that job every month.
